Thanks to my Mom for this !&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahannya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;10 biji telur&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tin kecil susu pekat manis ~ 390ml&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3/4 tin air putih ~ 250ml&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 sudu teh esen vanilla&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 sudu besar gula, caramellised&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuatnya:&lt;br /&gt;1. Larutkan marjerin dan gula di atas api perlahan. Sejukkan&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan larutan ini kedalam blender bersama-sama dengan kesemua bahan yang lain.&lt;br /&gt;3. Kisar kesemua bahan sampai lumat&lt;br /&gt;2.  Masak di atas api perlahan selama 30 minit.&lt;br /&gt;3.  Sejukkan.  Masukkan ke dalam bekas kedap udara dan simpan di dalam fridge.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Boleh diguna untuk masak:&lt;br /&gt;- ikan bakar (cuma tambahkan serbuk cili / cili kisar)&lt;br /&gt;- ikan goreng&lt;br /&gt;- ayam paprik&lt;br /&gt;- ayam goreng&lt;br /&gt;- sweet sour / masam manis ikan&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;Happy Cooking! Tumiskan bahan-bahan yang ditumbuk sampai kekuningan&lt;br /&gt;2.  Masukkan rempah sup&lt;br /&gt;3.  Masukkan air&lt;br /&gt;4.  Masukkan ayam.&lt;br /&gt;5.  Masukkan garam, gula, dan lada sulah.&lt;br /&gt;6.  Masak dengan api sederhana selama 30 minit.&lt;br /&gt;7.  Masukkan kentang. Ayam digoreng sehingga kekuningan. Ketepikan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tumiskan bawang putih dan hirisan cili merah&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan pes tomyam, tomato sos dan cili sos secukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukkan garam, gula dan serbuk cukup rasa&lt;br /&gt;5. Perahkan asam limau nipis dan taburkan daun limau purut.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan ayam yang digoreng tadi&lt;br /&gt;7.
