Ikan Bawal Masam Manis


1 ekor ikan bawal saiz L - perap dengan garam+kunyit+lada hitam
10 ulas bawang merah - ditumbuk
2 ulas bawang putih - ditumbuk
1 inci halia - ditumbuk
1 sb cuka
cili sos
tomato sos
garam + gula
kiub nenas
kacang pis dlm tin
1 labu bawang besar kuning - dihiris bulat2

1. Ikan digoreng garing dan ketepikan
2. Tumiskan bahan2 yang ditumbuk
3. Masukkan cili sos dan tomato sos secukup rasa
4. Masukkan cuka, garam, gula, sedikit serbuk cukup rasa jika perlu.
5. Masukkan kiub nenas, kacang pis, dan bawang hiris.
6. Curahkan ke atas ikan yg telah digoreng tadi.

Easy Mini Pancakes

This recipe best cook on sunday .... a great wake up call for your weekend brunch !
Serves 4

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tbs brown sugar
1 cup fresh milk
1 1/4 ts baking powder
1medium eggs
1 tbs olive oil
Pancake syrup

1. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder.
2. Add in olive oil.
3. Add in milk.
4. Stir until the mixture smooth.
5. Heat a non-stick pan on medium fire.
5. Spoon the mixture onto the pan by using small senduk.
6. Cook until tops are bubbly, about 2 minutes. Then flip the pancakes. Cook for 1 minute more.
7. Serve immediatelly topped with syrup.

Prawn de Olivo




10 large prawns, about 300g - deveined, and skin peeled, head intact.
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs oyster sauce
1 ts turmeric
A pinch of salt
A pinch of brown sugar
1/3 cup water
Parsley flakes
Paprika

1. Heat olive oil in a non stick pan. Then add prawns. Fry for about 3 minutes and turn over. Fry another 3 minutes, or until prawns curl - tail touches head..

2. Add in salt, turmeric, sugar, oyster sauce, water, parsley flakes, and paprika.
3. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
4. Taste to suit to your tongue ;p
5. Serve with white rice



For this recipe, i love to use extra virgin olive oil because if combined with parsley flakes and paprika, it tastes and smells really italian... feels like eating in a fine italian restaurant... Happy cooking!

Tom Yam Fried Chicken


Resepi ni diadaptasi dari majalah Rasa Februari 2007 dan telah diolah mengikut kesedapan lidah penulis blog :p

Saiz Hidangan : 4 orang

Bahan-bahan:
300 g ayam dipotong kecil dan dibersihkan - diperap dengan garam dan lada sulah
Beberapa batang kacang buncis, dipotong serong
1sb pes tom yam
1 biji cili merah- dihiris
3 ulas bawang putih - ditumbuk
1 biji bawang besar kuning - dihiris bulat-bulat
1 biji limau nipis
2 helai daun limau purut - dihiris
Cili sos + tomato sos
Garam, gula, cukup rasa

1. Ayam digoreng sehingga kekuningan. Ketepikan.
2. Tumiskan bawang putih dan hirisan cili merah
3. Masukkan pes tomyam, tomato sos dan cili sos secukup rasa
4. Masukkan garam, gula dan serbuk cukup rasa
5. Perahkan asam limau nipis dan taburkan daun limau purut.
6. Masukkan ayam yang digoreng tadi
7. Masukkan kacang buncis dan hirisan bawang.
8. Sedia untuk dihidang.
